  •  The aim of the lab is to investigate the roles of the genes of the blood coagulation, anticoagulation, and fibrinolytic pathways in hemostasis.

  •  The specific project I am currently working on is the rescue of Factor Ten (FX) homozygous null animals by inutero injection of hepotcytes. 
  •  The skills I have aquired while at this lab include use of several technical machines such as Agilent Bioanalzyer, ABI Taqman, and several microplate readers, along with all the ability to use the software involved with each instrument. I have also learned many histological staining techniques, both with antibodies and B-galactosidase.
